Welders – 2nd Shift

Job Type: Full-time
Job Duties: As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Carrier management. Determine most efficient and economical routing for outbound shipments.
  • Oversee the preparation and ensure adherence of shipments within customer specifications
  • Work with the appropriate areas, such as Finance, Production Management, Customer Service, I.T. and others internally to develop, and implement cost saving solutions throughout the enterprise to align with company goals.

  • Repairs broken or cracked metal objects, fills holes, and builds up metal parts.
  • Preheats workpiece in furnace or with torch when required.
  • Lays out, positions, and tack welds workpieces.
  • Welds along vertical or overhead weld lines.
  • Chips or grinds off excess weld, slag, or spatter.
  • Clean or degreases parts.

 

Press Brake Operators – 2nd Shift

Job Type: Full-time
Job Overview: As a Press Brake Operator, you would be responsible for the following:

  • Must be able to set up tools and dies on advanced press brake machinery to ensure timely completion of customer jobs. (we use European tool and dies)
  • Processing and measuring metal components to customer specifications.
  • 1st shift and 2nd shift positions are available: 1st shift; Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm with overtime available on Saturday and 2nd shift; Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2am with overtime available on Friday.

Job Overview: As a Quality Control Technician you will be responsible for the following:

  • Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges and micrometers.

  • Recommend necessary corrective actions, based on inspection results.
