WELDERS – 2ND SHIFT

Job Overview: As a welder, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Welds metal parts with welding equipment as specified by layout, welding diagram, or work order by performing the following duties.
  • 2nd shift positions are available: 2nd shift is Monday- Thursday, 3:30pm to 2am, with overtime available on Friday from 3:30pm to 12am

Required Qualifications

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Positions parts in jigs or fixtures on bench or floor, or clamps parts together along layout marks.
  • Selects equipment according to welding chart specifications or type and thickness of metal.
  • Examines weld for bead size and other specifications.
  • Repairs broken or cracked metal objects, fills holes, and builds up metal parts.
  • Preheats workpiece in furnace or with torch when required.
  • Lays out, positions, and tack welds workpieces.
  • Welds along vertical or overhead weld lines.
  • Chips or grinds off excess weld, slag, or spatter.
  • Clean or degreases parts.

PRESS BRAKE OPERATORS – 2ND SHIFT

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Job Overview: As a Press Brake Operator, you would be responsible for the following:

  • Must be able to set up tools and dies on advanced press brake machinery to ensure timely completion of customer jobs. (we use European tool and dies)
  • Processing and measuring metal components to customer specifications.
  • 1st shift and 2nd shift positions are available: 1st shift; Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm with overtime available on Saturday and 2nd shift; Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2am with overtime available on Friday.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent. Additional schooling a plus.
  • GD&T and Blueprint interpretation a must.
  • Experience bending plate (no aluminum, very little stainless steel, no sheet metal)
  • Know how to use basic measuring tools; calibers, protractors, etc.
  • Must have experience setting up and operating Press Brakes
  • Mechanically inclined, excellent spatial reasoning skills.
  • Some experience working on a computer.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES – 1ST AND 2ND SHIFTS

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Job Overview: As a Warehouse Associate, you would be responsible for the following:

  • You will perform the daily functions of shipping and packing customer orders in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • You will be cross-trained on other functions (e.g. packing slip/BOL creation, UPS shipping) as required to support the overall effort of the Logistics Department.
  • 1st shift and 2nd shift positions are available: Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday- Friday between 1st shift 7am-3:30pm, 2nd shift 12pm-8:30pm. Overtime available on Saturdays

    Required Qualifications:

POWDER COAT TECHNICIANS – 1ST SHIFT

Job Overview: As a Powder Line Technician you will be responsible for the following:

  • Loading and unloading parts on and off the powder coating line.
  • Masking and plugging holes and threads on parts.
  • Prepping parts on the powder line prior to coating.
  • Packaging parts and customer orders prior to shipment or being moved to Inventory.
  • 1st shift positions are available: Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday
  • 1st shift start times vary: 5:30am – 2pm, 7:00am – 3:30pm and 9am – 5:30pm

QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN – 1ST SHIFT

 

Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview: As a Quality Control Technician you will be responsible for the following:

  • Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges and micrometers.
  • Discard or reject products, materials or equipment not meeting specifications.
  • Recommend necessary corrective actions, based on inspection results.
  • Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures, including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms.
  • Identify quality problems and recommend solutions.
  • Participate in internal assessment and audits as required.
  • Prepare and review required method transfer documentation including technical transfer protocols. (PPAP submissions)
  • Perform visual inspections of finished products.
  • Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocol.
  • 1st shift positions are available: Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday -1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm with flexibility to move to a swing shift once training is completed.

Required Qualifications:

Finance Manager

Position Summary:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for compiling weekly cash flow projections, monthly financial statements and delivering a reporting package to the company President. Their duties will include; maintaining internal controls over financial reporting, forecasting, and overseeing the preparation and distribution of budgets for each department within the organization.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversees the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. 
  • Assists the President with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, sales revenue projections, COGS projections and SG&A budgets to meet and exceed EBITDA targets.  
  • Compiles weekly and monthly financial reports including, but not limited to, Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows. 
  • Management & coordination of year-end audit with outside CPA firm. 
  • Oversees Authorization for Expenditure process, including working with managers on ROI and IRR analyses.  
  • Analyzes and reports the actual results to budget and prior year. 
  • Bank reconciliations and assists with daily cash management and cash projections.  
  • Responsible for month & year-end accounting closes including standard and adjusting journal entry postings, accruals, and account reconciliations. 
  • Manages the Company’s day-to-day Accounting functions, such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Conduct account analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for management and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial management.
  • Oversight of one direct report
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 
 
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Accounting Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High aptitude for Microsoft Excel; understands vlookups, pivot tables, nested formulas, if/then scenarios, graphs & charts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams.
